Written return and refund policy

Returns
If you wish to return a product, please follow these guidelines:
- Initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving the item.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Exceptions
There are certain items that are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
- Customized products or personalized orders
- Personal care items such as cosmetics
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
